Some 40 parks across Toronto will glow orange on Nov. 1 as neighbourhoods say farewell to this year's jack-o-lantern collection with a community pumpkin parade.

A Toronto tradition since the first pumpkin parade was organized in Sorauren Park in 2004, parades are now hosted in parks across the city for one last spectacular display of artful autumn gourds before getting tossed in the green bin.

This year's pumpkin parades in the east end include Leslie Grove Park, Phin Avenue Parkette and Felstead Avenue Playground. For a full list of city parks and more info, check out this interactive map that shows all parks across the city hosting pumpkin parades.
